Marlon Dey is a power sector expert with professional experience in UK and EU markets.

He previously served as Head of Research for the UK and Ireland at Aurora Energy Research, advising governments, investors, and developers on power markets. In addition, Marlon held senior commercial roles in industry managing large scale power plants.

As an independent adviser, he has supported clients on project transactions, commercial strategy, and energy policy.

Marlon holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Leicester and an MA in Management and Organisational Analysis from Warwick Business School.
